Truth Is:

The icing on the cake
a needle in the bale
a trip to hunt your tail
a masquerading fake
a ship without sail

The cameraman's take
An absent guest
an embarrassing false arrest
the thorn in your side
An unanswered test

Forbidden fruit untried
a dance in the dark
a muzzled bark
old gum on your sneakers
a chilling remark

Big words without speakers.
